Why did my payment fail?

What do I do when I get the insufficient funds screen?
The ‘insufficient funds’ message means you don’t have enough funds in your bank or web wallet account balance to cover the cost of the deposit you wish to make. Try a smaller deposit, or deposit from an account or card with sufficient funds available.
Why does the Deposit screen only show a cookie?

How do I play?
To play any of the lotteries on our website, log in to your account and select the lottery you wish to play. (Make sure that there is enough money in your Lotto247 balance for your intended entry purchase, or move onto Deposit to fund your account.)

Where do I redeem my vouchers?
Log in and go to promotions to view And redeem your voucher. Once done, move to the All Lotteries page And locate the lottery to which the voucher was issued. When the lottery game Is open, you can view the voucher in the rewards tab of the game. On the “Confirm Your Numbers” pop-up, you’ll also see that the voucher will be used for the purchase, with a toggle allowing you to use it now or save it for later.

We have simplified the purchasing process and removed the shopping cart. This, however, means you have to deposit before selecting your numbers, since there’s no checkout process available. If you’ve selected numbers for a lottery game without completing the purchase, you will simply have to pick your numbers again after having funded your balance using the Deposit option.
Where do I enter my promo code?

Why are the results still pending?
